How to remove cat urine from carpet

Does anyone know how to remove cat urine from carpet? I got a new kitty and my other one doe not like it. Thanks and have a blessed day.

    Buy something that says it has enzymes in it. That will work best. Pet stores carry it. Don't buy anything with ammonia, it adds to the smell.

    Use a critterzone air purifier, that should take care of the problem.

    I have 3 cats and we had an "issue" when we added the third. The only thing that truly does the job is Nature's Miracle for cats. You can get it on Amazon or at Pet Smart. After you have treated the spots according to the directions, keep the kitty away until it has dried fully because the smell will get a bit stronger and then disappear. It is awesome! One thing I found after I treated the areas was to put something, like a piece of furniture, stack of books etc, over the offending area just to cement the fact that she isn't peeing there again! :)
