Can you help identify this coffee table?

Marion Nesbitt on Mar 01, 2015Can't help with identification, but it has its own unique look. I wouldn't worry about matching end tables - just some that are complementary so the table keeps its one-of-a-kind status.Helpful Reply

512181 on Mar 01, 2015Just describe it the very best you can on a google search and then click images. If you just do it now and then, you might find one and an identification of the table. It might take awhile and the process is a little like finding a needle in a haystack. Your hope is that it shows up in Ebay or Craigslist and therefore on an image search. Good luck. Maybe a posting on a site like this will get a response. http://www.collectorsweekly.com/furniture/tables/storiesHelpful Reply

Mcgypsy9 on Mar 01, 2015Hi, Do you know if the top is real marble? Is the base cast iron or just a metal? Are the swans wood or metal?Helpful Reply

Nancy Gramm on Mar 01, 2015I love to google! Found a few similar but not the same as yours. Some more ornate, some not quite as nice. Googled "swan leg coffee table". The most expensive one was $7500. http://mecox.com/product/vintage-french-round-coffee-table-with-swan-legs It shows to be french in origin. The next photo, also more ornate, is from Etsy--$795--and shows to be made in the Philippines appx 25 years ago. I would assume yours is of newer origin but that's simply an assumption. As Lynda said, it may take a while for you to find one exactly like yours, but isn't it fun to look and speculate? Good luck to you.Helpful Reply

MuranoBlue on Mar 01, 2015Can't help identify it, but I second your taste. Google has an image search function. If you can get another photo without the rug pattern, you might find something similar. I tried it using your photos and the results were for the rug, not the table.Helpful Reply

GLHF on Mar 05, 2015This looks like a very expensive high end piece. Contact some of the furniture houses in High Point NC to see if they can help identify or locate complimentary tables. It looks like fossilized stone/marble on the top? Is it very heavy?Helpful Reply
