Need some birthday party inspiration? Check out my baby Olive Blue's First Ice Cream Party!
I decided on an Ice Cream Party for baby Olive. She doesn't walk. She doesn't talk. And she has no teeth, but she's pretty damn cute ... so what's more fitting than a big ice cream party?
I chose pastel colors for the ice cream party. I kept all the linens neutral with ivory and all the party favor bags were brown.
And yes sir, that's an ice cream hat. That's a real ice cream cone glued to colored coffee filters (if you read my blog you know my obsession with coffee filters). I hot glued the entire thing to a headband I wrapped in ribbon.
Astronaut Ice Cream ...

I made a three layer brownie cake with frosting on top. I used a real ice cream cone and stuffed a giant marshmallow in the end then covered everything with frosting. It totally looks like melted ice cream right?
And lastly, the ice cream pinata that took me 7 years and 3 days to make. No seriously, it took me forfreakingever and I'm not making another one so don't ask!
