  • Thanks Hannah, you're always so sweet. I plan on working out my pattern for the crochet banner today. I initially, planned to include it in the post, but had some trouble just posting it. My husband helped and let's just say he hurried thru it. I will work it out for you now and update it. Thanks again, Marcy Pattern: crocheted shamrock banner Red Heart yarn: Supersaver in Paddy Green, Art E 30 crochet hook: F/5 3.75 mm Begin: Chain 4, join with slip stitch to ch. 1. Row 1: ch. 3 (counts as 1st double crochet) join with slip stitch to center of circle. *( ch. 3, 2 double crochet) join with slip stitch. Repeat from *( ) 1 time, join with slip stitch to bottom ch. of first ch. 3 at beginning. Three leaves made. Do not turn. (9 dc). For stem: Ch 5, slip stitch in 2nd ch. from hook, sl. st. in ea. ch. (total of 4 sl. st. made). Anchor stem on wrong side , into bottom of 1st ch. 3. Fasten off. Weave in ends. Make 13 or desired amount. For chain: Chain 19, attach shamrock thru top loop of ch 3 in 2nd group of leaves by coming thru front of clover and join with sl. st., keeping chain straight. Continue this way by attaching clovers every at 10th chain intervals. Work till desired length, ending with chain 19. Enjoy and please feel free with any questions. Your friend, Marcy
