Hello, how are you? Here in South Carolina it is a beautiful bright, sunny day. The roosters are crowing, the hens are laying big beautiful eggs, and Casper the Great Pyrenees is happy. I've been thinking about a weekly update as to what is going on out here in the country. It may be pretty, then again it may not. Come on in and sit a spell.
I have decided to try to do a weekly post on what is going on here at Hibiscus House.
Love the Daffodils
Pear Trees starting to put on blooms! I can't wait to see the beautiful pears, apples, grapes, figs and strawberries this year!
This is the White Rose Garden...All trimmed back and waiting on the first flush of blooms...The fence needs fixing and other things need to be done ..
The chicken coop is buzzing with excitement. Eggs are being laid and they are huge, beautiful and delicious! I love Spring my favorite time of year! Are you ready for it?
I am so excited for the grass to become green and growing, birds to be singing and nesting....Yes I love Spring.

Marla Rafuse on Mar 17, 2015Oh my @Dolly how lucky you are to wake up to such beautiful things!!! I love spring too!!! I'm so looking forward to seeing green grass and trees with leaves and my flowers starting to peek out from under the snow. It's still snowing here where I live in northern Ontario Canada but that's okay because spring is slowly starting to show herself; I'm still enjoying the winter birds feeding from my bird feeder so it's all good :)
