Flower Teacup Pin Cushion

Today I’m sharing a new Flower Teacup Pin Cushion I made and am using now when I sew. It’s not only pretty but it makes it easy to grab pins when I need to also. This could also make a great gift for Mom too.
Even if you don’t sew or don’t have a sewing room we all need to pin things, hem things, mend things and a little girly spring cuteness is always fun.
This was very fun and easy to make and all you need is a cute teacup and some fabric scraps and a pinch of stuffing.
Ok here’s how to make it:
Cut 10 squares of fabric (and it’s doubled) that are less than 1 inch.
I then took my time and with my machine set to small stitches sewed around the petal edges. They don’t have to be perfect either of course. Then turn them inside out and I carefully used a pair of scissors to poke them gently inside out.
With a hot glue gun I then glued each petal on to the cup and pinched them in the centers. I just did a dot of glue so later if I ever want to use this cute cup again I can.
