Marion Nesbitt on Mar 20, 2015If outside, I'd pressure wash. Inside is a pain. I use soapy water and a toothbrush for the joins. I've also rigged up poly to protect things and taken a spray bottle filled with soapy water to them. Thank goodness I don't have any of these in my current home. Sherrie on Mar 20, 2015We dry brush them to remove all the dust first. Then wipe then off before we even try to use anything to clean them. We spray our cloths with cleaners, never directly on them. Then rinise and dry. This keeps them from getting muddy when you brush them off and wipe them. We do both sides at once when we are cleaning them, and drying them. the brush we use goes to a dust pan so it is soft and brushes the dirt off without damage,1 marked as helpful Reply
