Donna Morris on Mar 23, 2015My rose bushes that were just lagging behind the others not really doing much started blooming after I gave them my husbands left over coffee in the pot and the grounds my cannas weren't really blooming like I wanted either until they got some good old caffeine! Ive used it on hibiscus and hydrangeas too. Wonderful results!Helpful Reply

Shannon on Mar 23, 2015although not in your area, I have heard that sprinkling coffee grounds over bromeliads (a tropical plant with a cup that holds water, and therefore harbors mosquitoes) will cut down on mosquitoes laying their eggs in the water in the cups.Helpful Reply
