Rose Coffee Table

Painted a rose design in stark white with a soft gray outline. The natural dark wood grain shows through as the rose.
It was originally a $400 table from Pottery Barn. Heavy. Solid. Sits low to the ground. Beautiful with middle shelf.
I have an Etsy shop if anyone would like to go take a gander!

I bought this table at Good Will for barely anything and when I was painting it, I flipped it over to find this wonderful surprise!
Process. Stencil out your design then paint around it.

I have nothing to add to the lovely comments above - it is truly stunning - and perhaps something I could actually do myself. Though not usually a fan of painting -- anything! - I feel that the contrast created by your talent and idea is a rare exception. I cannot imagine that table being as gorgeous in any other form!
