Darla on Mar 27, 2015Do you have any building supply stores like Home Depot or Lowes near you? They have some nice oak and poplar boards that are near those dimensions.Helpful Reply

Hailey on Mar 28, 2015Do you need them to be stain grade or are you painting them? If you are painting you could possibly get some of the nicer 1/4 boards from Lowe's and size them down. I don't know if they have stain grade though.Helpful Reply

Hope Williams on Mar 28, 2015Another trim is wood lattice strips. Found on the same aisle as mouldings. Screen moulding generally has two grooves.Helpful Reply

Theresa Hughes on Mar 28, 2015You can get these pieces of wood at michaels and ac Moore as well as Home Depot they have all different sizes Home Depot will even cut there wood pieces to the sizes you need so just measure the size of your cabinets and tell them what you are trying to do they should be able to help you from there or if you know the exact measurements you need for the wood pieces even better might be a better idea that michaels or ac Moore as they have standard pieces that they don't cut although a lot of different sizes you could also cut them down to the size you need if you are handy and know what to do but if you prefer someone else do the cutting I would go with Home DepotHelpful Reply

Rita White on Mar 30, 2015We just bought some at Lowes. All you do is cut it to the length you need. The width and thickness it comes in is just right Something we have found though is that every door is slightly different. We are having to measure each door before cutting..Helpful Reply

Miriam Kearney on Mar 30, 2015If you are going to paint the doors, you could use 1/4" MDF board and just cut it to size; if you want to stain or keep the natural look I would think you would want to find the kind of wood your doors are in - Lowes and Home Depot carry 'hobby' board in 1/4" thicknesses - usually mostly oak or poplar but sometimes maple as well. They come in 2, 3, 4 and sometimes 6' lengths. Not cheap as wood goes but it's all been sanded and finished, all you would need to do is cut to length but do as another commenter mentioned measure each door separately they will will be slightly different.Helpful Reply
