You need a craft store stick wreath, bag of natural moss/grass, burlap ribbon, and plastic Easter eggs. Stick toothpicks in holes at the bottom of the eggs. Then paint plastic Easter eggs with various hues of blue chalk paint. Stick toothpicks with eggs into Styrofoam or cardboard box to dry.
Once dry speckle eggs with some light brown chalk paint by flicking end of brush with finger. Hot glue gun grass, and any dried flowers and eggs to the stick wreath. Finish with satin spray polyurethane or lacquer.
