I have planted a Peony bush in a large plastic pot we live in zone 3 w
It is just the brown stubs now when should I see some growth should I add Epsom salt or is it ok to leave alone?

I think it may be time to put the peony in the ground. Not sure how long it has been in the pot, so it could be root bound. I would try transplanting in the ground. May miss the blooms this year, but the plant should do just fine in the ground from the beginning. They like full sun.
