Can I put paver over crumbing cement patio?

Our patio is cement and it is crumbling, so I am looking for a cheap way to cover it up. Any suggests?

Ikea has some pavers on sale right now. They are earth friendly.

Yes, you will need to spread and level approximately 1" of sand first. Then lay the pavers and fill in the cracks with polymuric sand.
