I adore the Dollar Store.
Let’s start with two vases, silicone glue (it’s just caulk in silicone form) and several bags of marbles – whatever colors you want. I went with blue and clear to go well with my room.
The vases and marbles are from the Dollar Store. The glue from a mega-store.
Begin by adding either a dot or a line of glue. As I went on, I found that a line of glue was easier to work with.
Continue placing stones, I added the next line in the space between the lower line of marbles. They stack well resting on the bottom two stones.

Such an inexpensive way of creating something that looks like it came from Crate and Barrell. The great part of using these glass shapes is that they come in so many different colors and can also be broken up with a stripe of rhinestones. Great idea. A project I will try with my grand children for their mom for mother's day.
