You could try Wet & Forget; available at Ace Hardware & Home Depot. Might just do the trick?

If you've got some strong, thick bleach in your home, try doing a square on the concrete and see what happens.. You may find that after a few hours that square is back to the original concrete colour.. Good luck.

I use a pressure washer to get rid of the black residue that results from trees. Just don't be too aggressive. Then I apply a concrete sealer. Face the same thing the next Spring, but the sealer results in less pressure being needed to clean it up.

If you don't have a pressure washer and don't want to rent one, try outdoor bleach, it is stronger and thicker than regular bleach. Or buy TSP(trisodium phosphate) a powdered cleaner, both are available at Home Depot or Lowes.

Spray and Forget is an awesome product to clean moss and stains effortlessly. It works with the rain and the moss eventually disappears. (not sure what your stain is, but thought I'd suggest this product)

I use vinegar for cleaning EVERYTHING, so the first thing I would try is vinegar... Then if that should fail, vinegar with baking soda... Then lastly, Muriatic acid. If the acid does not remove it, paint the wall.
