Customize Anything Using Freezer Paper!!

Do you have old throw pillows or items in your house that need a "face lift"...we all do!! Sometimes you have a special occasion to go to and would love to customize something simple but don't have an embroidery machine or the money to go out and have someone personalize it for you....here is how you can customize anything using freezer paper!
Take this pillow here. I am sure you have old pillows you are about to throw away...you can start with those if you don't believe me that this works!
The first thing you need to do is find a picture you want on the computer, or create one in Word. Once you have the image and/or wording done in Word you need to do a 3D rotation option of 180 degrees on the image so when it is put on it goes on the correct direction.
Then you will need to feed your freezer paper into your printer....but first you need it to be on a harder surface so we are going to use a glue stick and glue the shiny side UP and glue it on to a piece of paper.

Find something hard and flat like a credit card, side of a school type eraser, etc...so you can scrape the image off.

And that is how you customize something yourself! Here is a great cutting board with my website name on it....and you can customize more things too like pillows and clothing! Check out my entire post on thetypicalmom.com below to see what other things I've personalized and see pictures of this step by step process.
There's so much you can do and it costs just pennies!
