I would soak them overnight in oxiclean

I agree that soaking in Oxiclean will probably work if you already have it on hand but thanks to HomeTalk I found another great stain treating product that has become an important staple in my laundry room. It's called ZOUT. It comes in an orange spray bottle and I found it at Walmart. I have been shocked at the number of stains I have been able to remove with it. Greasy stains and even many old set-in stains are no match for Zout. The stuff is simply unbelievable!

I used to treat khaki uniform pants with Resolve ( the 2 part liquid). I would treat both sides of the stain, rub with the cap (trying not to spread it) and leave it for 5-10 minutes. I would then rub it and rinse with very warm water. Sometimes, I would treat a 2nd time (if needed--rarely), and then wash. Always double check before drying because it can set or turn red. I usually air dried them to make sure. I prefer powdered Resolve over Oxiclean. I actually bleached out a spot on khakis pre-treating with Oxiclean, and I found the Oxiclean didn't clean as well.

Try putting some soda right on the mustard stain and pouring white vinegar over it. Put aluminum foil under the stain f irst so it wont go through onto anothe place in the pants.

@Kathryn kaiser Awesome! I LOVE that stuff! As I said before, I have been absolutely amazed at the number of stains it has removed. I have a bunch of old tee shirts I wear just around the house to clean, cook, paint etc. in and they were filled with stains. These tee shirts have been washed and dried a million times and the Zout has removed most of the old, set-in stains that have been on these tee shirts forever! I am going to be seriously upset if they ever stop making the stuff, which is typically what happens when I find a product I really, really like. (Hmmm...maybe I should start stocking up on it!)
