    pour baking soda into the drain and then vinegar. and let it work

    Told by a plumber a lil secret, every three months pour a gallon of bleach in the drains of your house and a lil water to flush it over the pea traps. You'll be amazed.

    I do the baking soda in the drain followed by vinegar. Then I follow up with boiling water to wash all the gunk down. Let the vinegar and soda work for about 10 or 15 minutes then flush with the water. I do this every couple months and never have problems with the drains.

    I don't measure it but I'd guess about 1/2 cup of baking soda and then I pour maybe a cup of vinegar. When you pour the vinegar it will start fizzing as it reacts with the soda. I pour a little and wait for it to quit fizzing and then pour a little more in. Nothing real exact.

    After running the disposal you need to clean underneath the rubber pieces. Use a bottle brush with a little dish soap. You'll be amazed how mush Gunk collects under it. Then rinse it with hot water and run the disposal again.

    The best thing to clean out clogged or slow drains is Coke. Just pour it in and leave it for a few minutes. Works like magic!

    Pour a Pot of boiling hot water down the drain for a minute. Pour 1/2 cup of baking soda into the drain. Then pour 1 cup of vinegar and I Cup of very hot water. Let it sit with the drain covered for a few minutes and then flush with hot water Again
