The Best Microwave Cleaning Trick Ever
by

Your microwave is basically a time-saving miracle worker. Why bother with stovetops or ovens when you can just zap something for two minutes and dig in? But, they do have one downside: it only takes one forgotten paper towel while reheating some spaghetti to create a volcanic eruption of sauce inside your microwave.
If you've been avoiding microwave-cleaning duty because the idea of scraping at those nuked-on food remnants makes you cringe, we don't blame you. But, we can help. This trick only takes five minutes and it skips the pain-point of microwave cleaning!

Debbi Morrow-Carlson on Jan 15, 2016I have a cover that fits over a dinner size plate. it is dome shaped and it can be vented. I also have two different size flat plastic circles for bowls. They keep the food from splattering in the first place. I rarely do anything but polish up the stainless steel to look brighter. A couple of years ago something caught fire in my Mom's microwave. Luckily the only damage was cosmetic. But it was awful. I tried everything to remove the burn stains from inside. What finally did the trick was fingernail polish remover,. And it was so quick and easy.
