How do I make concrete floor less slippery?
I had a concrete porch with stamped concrete built, but it is very slippery and have had a couple of friends fall. I did have the company come back and put a sealer with "grit" in it down but it is still pretty slippery. Does anyone have an idea as to how to fix this issue???

You can put some Clear Grit on it. It can be bought at most home improvement stores. You apply a top coat sealer to the cement and then sprinkle on the clear grit. It adds texture with out adding color.

so true, if that initial grit wasn't enough, they also sell additives that make tiny bumps for slip resistance http://www.epoxysuperstore.com/non-skid-slip-additives.html also http://www.homedepot.com/p/Sure-Step-1-gal-Anti-Slip-Acrylic-Latex-Interior-Exterior-Floor-and-Concrete-Paint-SU-0922/100672153 i heard you can just add sand to paint to make it slip resistant, but not sure if that will hold up over time and a busy porch. My mom used these products on her basement stairs which constantly floods on the east coast. :-)
