Plant a Kitchen Herb Garden

1-2 Hours
Easy
Make the most of summer and plant up a kitchen herb garden that’ll keep you supplied with fresh herbs for cooking all throughout summer. You don’t need a great deal of space, just a small sunny corner a few plant containers and some herb plants to start you off. You can even create a herb garden on a tiny balcony or back yard.
Choose a good selection of containers - colourful galvanised buckets work well.
Good herbs to plant
Make up some fab homemade herb plant markers - the kids love to help with these

Wendy Mallins on Jun 25, 2015@Diane Rodriguez gosh really Diane! It grows like weeds here end up having to dig it up to stop it taking over - maybe mint is more suited to wet and cold English weather :))
