I am considering a trane cleaneffects air system.

I am looking to get some feedback on its performance and if It alters the electrical efficiency of the HVAC system

Home Maintenance & Repairs: I have leaky water valves underneath a bathroom sink.

I went to replace but the threads on the water pipes coming out of the wall are worn out. How can I easily do the repair?

    Plumbers pipe thread compound (refered to as Pipe Dope) work to seal leaky threads.
