My producer and his band The Swinging Bavarians recently played for the troops in Gunatanamo Bay, Cuba. Great stuff!

The band is a traditional German band from central Florida called the Swinging Bavarians.

That is so nice GR, I am sure the troops loved it. Seems like this is a full on Band your producer has.

Very cool that they do this for the troops. My daughter is in Cuba (Havanna) with her college class now. She said the people are so friendly and happy to have them. Took them months to get the ok from State and cuban Gov't. I know home talk isn't political, but why won't the US normalize relationships with them?? Always wanted to visit

This is cool, Vince. You and Levi both contribute to charities. I know you saw and heard the Judds Saturday. I'll bet they were amazing.

Now for my question: a neighbor gave us some little, tiny red peppers. Boy are they hot. The peppers are an inch or less and grow on a bush that is about 3-4 feet tall. I've looked all over pepper sites, and I can't find out what it is. Do you know?

Yes, Belle has it right it is maybe the Thai variety which is pretty as well as a vigorous grower. There are so many varieties and some folks collect them. And yes, the Judds were just amazing and the love energy that radiated from their music touches so many people. They are so down to earth and real and it was such a beautiful experience. Thanks Belle and Vince. Each of you has hit the proverbial nail on the head. Vince, do you have these in your wonderful nursery?

I can't follow this...are we talking about the great Cuban relation builder or hot peppers? These peppers are making me thirsty, I'm thinkin' Bavarian Brewski! Enjoy! JL

I'm talking about peppers and sending hubby to get peppers after work today. Belle, I am certain he appreciates you : ) Vince, you wouldn't want your beautiful wife risking her hands to hot peppers. What a gentleman!
