The Gardens at BannockBurn 1878

I am sharing a garden tour of our home BannockBurn 1878 over on the blog today.
Kent and I bought here last fall and we are so excited to be living in this historic house surrounded by beautiful rural views and breathtaking sunsets.
It is a wonderful place to live and run my interiors studio from.
We love to garden and dream of all the plans to expand and enhance the property.
I hope you pop over and see the rest of the photos…I would love to see you there!
The barn behind the house.
Emmitt at the front door.
The small faded shed always makes me smile.
This giant Black Walnut tree was most likely planted when the house was built in 1878.
The front view.
My front door urns.
The lilacs.
Heading down the path to the veggie gardens.
Our back porch.

Oh my goodness I can't believe you get to live in this gorgeous place! Coming from a country girl living in the city, I am beyond in love with this. Looks like you have a beautiful life there :)

    Amazingly beautiful.
    • @Ellen H thank you! No matter how much restoration work there is to do on the inside we wake up feeling grateful every morning, it is a lovely place filled with history! ;)
