Modify kitchen cabinets and doors

After our 1966 oven died, we had to replace it, therefore modify the kitchen cabinets and cabinet doors. This project was done with a jig saw...probably not the best tool for this kind of job, but that's what I had, and that's what I used. This was my first time cutting installed cabinets.

We had to do the same thing, our wall oven was from 1961 and shorter than the new one. We used a sawzall lol. It worked out perfectly :) Good job

We had to replace the 1962 wall oven in my in-laws kitchen. We bought one & it wouldn't work without making a mess of the cabinets. So at this time the old one was out so l took all the measurements & got on the internet on the Sears website. There it was, the perfect fit!!! We were so excited!!! Cabinets saved!!
