Decoupaged Heart and Arrow

What would Valentine's Day be without a heart and arrow... oh, and a few feathers. Use what you have on hand to decoupage a Valentine heart and arrow. Scraps of paper, buttons and ribbon. Seal it together with Mod Podge and finish with crackle glaze. #ValentinesDay
