Teri Boelk on Jun 30, 2015Put some trim around it, paint it and hang it as a shelf, like a kitchen cabinet. Or put legs on it and trim and paint it and use as a curio cabinet free standing.Helpful Reply

Donna Craft on Jun 30, 2015I had the same situation. Found a a low, wide dresser at a thrift store that was perfect for the hutch. I took out the center shelves in the hutch and created an entertainment center for the tv,etc. Drawers hold dvds, etc.Helpful Reply

Sheri Richards Fisher on Jul 01, 2015Depending on it's size... you can mount it on the wall as a cabinet. Or finish off the bottom and use as a sit-on-the-floor curio cabinet. Have fun!!Helpful Reply

Sharon Haughton on Jul 01, 2015I have a friend who turned a glass china hutch into an aviary. She removed all shelves then added tree branches and other bird friendly natural items to the interior. She has 3-4 small, beautiful birds. Since I didn't do this, I don't know if she put screen in the top to provide fresh air or what kind of birds she has, but it was an amazing piece.Helpful Reply

Elaine McNutt on Jul 01, 2015Used one in my classroom. I took the glass out, whipped gloss-off over the surfaces, then sprayed it turquoise, I used a dark brown shear fabric that was gathered in place of the glass. It sets on the top of a counter and hides all kinds of things. I wish I had a picture. Turned out great.Helpful Reply

Carol Tanner on Jul 06, 2015I hung a small hutch on the wall over my toilet in the bathroom. Depending on the weight and overall size you can either hang it on a wall, or put legs on it and use it as a display case.Helpful Reply

Lindcurt on Jul 15, 2015I use mine for a medicine cabinet. I hung it about 3.5 feet off the floor. I put my laundry hampers underneath it. It is very near my lavatory so I have easy access to the items I need.Helpful Reply
