Linda Hughes on Jul 01, 2015I'd use for bathroom or guest bathroom- The top rack I would use to hang hand towels & wash cloths on. The ones below I would find baskets wicker or cloth that would fit nicely & use the baskets to hold items normally found in a linen closet, extra towels, extra shampoo and hygiene products. Could also use it in a studio or craft room to hold supplies.Helpful Reply

Orchidmg on Jul 01, 2015Shoe rack. Or to dry sweaters and blouses on after washing them. Put in your laundry room, if you have one. Or attach more slots of wood to make shelves and put pots of plants and flowers and some knick-knacks.Helpful Reply

Cindy Thomas on Jul 04, 2015I ended up with about 10 of these a few years ago. I gave some away...was convinced I could make something awesome out of them one day. I was wrong. But I kept trying. Here's what mine have become... A Quilt rack in the guest room. ( it didn't work for our shoes) One, I attached netting to the "shelves" and used it as a drying rack for our garden onions. One was laid on its side and used as a narrow - beside the grill- table. I used one as an herb drying rack. Some I cut the dowels out and used the dowels on another project. Then, finally, my favorite ( and pretty much the only one I have left) is in my kitchen holding wire baskets for my canning lids and supplies. Oh, and another has baskets that hold vegetables and fruit. And..yes, more onions.Helpful Reply

Kathryn F. Moore on Jul 07, 2015Doesn't really work as a bookshelf which was my thought when I picked up one at the thrift store. It is in my garage with a few books and I am still thinking about and searching for a brilliant use like my friends here come up with.,Helpful Reply

Cavymom on Jul 09, 2015Make L shaped horizontal slats to mimic the DVDs angle, then use as book or other shelves. Will not be level - will angle back, but still very useful.Helpful Reply
