What can I use to cover ten holes in vinyl beadboard?

I put up a beadboard ceiling. The boards are tongue and groove, but I foolishly used brads to secure them and now I have to cover the holes and try to blend it in with the finish. Painting after filling with some type of vinyl filler is out of the question. Please help.

We just had acrylic beadboard installed and the installer used a silicon caulking that blended perfectly. I would think a dab of that with a quick wipe would work.

What about wood filler you could sand off excess and paint.

I do not want to end up painting. That was the purpose of vinyl. I talked to the manufacturer of propanol which is a vinyl past and I was told that it will not adhere to the vinyl.

I talked with a rep from Dap and was told that silicon would not adhere to the vinyl. I 'm going to to try spackling paste and hope it will hold it is easy to work with. Keeping my fingers crossed. Thanks for reading my post and offering suggestions.
