Orchidmg on Jul 01, 2015Do you have a Hobby Lobby near by? You can start with a paint by numbers for adults. Or buy a beginners paint set, either for water colors or acrylics and a book with inspiration and directions. Some hobby stores have paint sets and DVDS for beginners so you can follow along.Helpful Reply

Lucy Nunn on Jul 02, 2015There are painting classes in many community centers. You start by starting. I assume you have a creative heart, so just put brush to canvas and see what happens. You will be amazed.Helpful Reply

Cori H on Jul 02, 2015Also, check online places for videos. YouTube naturally, but Craftsy.com has some good tutorials/classes that you can sometimes get for free. Not "hands on" with an instructor, but it's a place to start to maybe build some confidence up before taking an actual class.Helpful Reply
