Screened in Porch Ideas

Now that summer is really heating up, we spend so much time on our screened porch. Let me show you how I combined a few new items, with unused decor I already had to create an inviting outdoor space that practically adds square footage to our home, without breaking the bank!
Seating Area
Since they are ridiculously expensive I opted to purchase outdoor throw pillows instead of full dining chair cushions that sell for at least $20.00 each. I purchased 6 new pillows, 3 solid blue which were about $5.00 each and 3 striped that were my favorite but little more like $9.00 each. Still seemed like a success only spending $42.00 on 6 outdoor chair cushions.
I was lucky to find this beauty in my favorite colors at Southeastern Salvage for $39.00! Yeah you heard me right, most outdoor rugs sell for $50.00-$200.00 depending on the size.
~The twisted wood orbs are from Southeastern Salvage as well and ranged in price from $5.00-$7.50 each depending on the size.
I moved the resin vases from my dining room table outdoors and added curly willow, they had run their course inside and have held up surprisingly well!
I made this drink tray with a remnant piece of beadboard, I added my drip molding trim that I purchase at a local overstock warehouse, Loading Dock South.
With a drink holder from The Christmas Tree Shop we are set for the long weekend at home, with some sunporch sittin' on our are you ready?
