Romantic Pink Pistachio Heart Wreath

It's time for touches of romance in the home. My husband LOVES Pistachios as a snack. I have saved a lot of the shells thinking, 'I can do something with these someday'. I saw a wreath made from red dyed Pistachios and I knew I had to create my own version of this wreath.
