Cam Nordstrom on Jul 07, 2015It is a shrub althea aka hardy hibiscus aka rose of sharon. I think this particular variety is called hibiscus syriacus double bloom. Monrovia calls it "Blushing Bride". They reseed like mad.Helpful Reply
