Barbara St Jacques on Jul 16, 2015Open stairwell on one side leading downstairs. The house is a ranch, with open space between the dining room, living room, and kitchen. Occasional visits from small children, otherwise it wouldn't pose a problem. Do not live near the water. Style in home is eclectic.Helpful Reply

Laurie Powell on Jul 17, 2015When we bought our home, previous owners had put up the white vinyl lattice work on the open side of the basement stairs. They did a really bad job though. The other side of the stairs is the cement block wall. I am looking forward to see others ideas for you!Helpful Reply
