Z on Jul 17, 2015I take it you can't get more of the same tile, so photos showing what is completed now so we can better help you figure out a solution. I feel for you!Helpful Reply

Trixie63 on Jul 18, 2015What about same sized tile but a couple different colors for an ombré effect? Or moving what. You have to the two sides and using different tiles down middle for a rug effect?Helpful Reply

Judith on Jul 18, 2015If you have a Home Depot hardware store near you, you should visit and take a tutorial on TILING. My daughter and her husband completely tiled their kitchen from a tutorial taken at HD.Helpful Reply

Pat on Jul 18, 2015I would take out the last row of tile and use it to finish the floor around your cupboards and in the corners.... Then you could go three ways....carpet the space like your carpet that I see in the next room....or get laminate flooring (comes in a grey color, I believe) or get a tile the same size only a different color. (maybe a little darker). You have pretty tile...too bad you can't get any more. Have you tried talking to tile layers to see if they would know of anyone who had leftovers?Helpful Reply

Cindi on Jul 18, 2015Have you considered in taking a loss and start over ? Maybe you can find a tile on sale that will balance out your $$$$ loss and finish it completely. You have to look at each and every day, it may be worth losing a few dollars and finding tile to work with your whole entire kitchen. It would be worth it in the end then you just have to do it once. I have done the same and was never happy with the result. Sorry, just a suggestion as I just did my backsplash and had to start all over but the results are amazing ! I'm happy that I didHelpful Reply

Ashley Jade Epperson on Jul 18, 2015I agree with pat may. I would take out a couple rows and border it all around the edges. Get some pallet wood (for free) to fill in the middle area. Or may a rug that matches ur theme?Helpful Reply

Doreen on Jul 18, 2015Have you done a search online for the Tile? I did this one and was amazed at how many people had leftovers. Just search the brand and color.Helpful Reply

Mary Ker on Jul 18, 2015Perhaps get a tile that goes well with this one, and interveave the two tiles in a pattern or randomly, rather than laying just one then the other.Helpful Reply

Wendy G. Whitcomb on Jul 18, 2015Maybe take out last row & then finish with cement. Tint the cement same color as the tile. Then grout & seal.Helpful Reply

1338690 on Jul 19, 2015If your tiles would be square when cut in half, you could take the brown tile you also have and make a border. Then inside that place the square tiles point to point. It's much easier to do a diagonal with a straight tile border. The diagonal makes the space appear bigger. Unless your tile is already set.....? I was really happy with a dark brown grout in my kitchen. Pretty tile!Helpful Reply

Liliana Wells on Jul 20, 2015Is the rest of the tile already set? If you have not installed it yet, start laying your tiles fom th center of the room out, then install a contrasting tile or tile with design as a border and complete your space. We did this in a kitchen and it looks like the room was planned that way.Helpful Reply

Loretta on Jul 22, 2015Maybe a contrasting color tile. If you remove part of tile you could make a 'L" shape back to the cupboardsHelpful Reply
