R.V.R. Farris on Feb 05, 2013I visited your blog to see the before and after of your kitchen. Looks fantastic, but, honestly, it doesn't look as though you painted your cabinets. Almost appears like a lighter stain, I love 'em. If you don't mind, what brand of paint did you use?

Nicki Parrish @ Sweet Parrish Place on Feb 05, 2013@R.V.R I used the rustoleum cabinet transformations kit. I go into detail about in my blog if you would like to read more about it. When you buy the kits you can choose the color. The color I picked is called buttercup. I glazed mine after the paint, which brought the natural wood grain of the oak back out, that is probably why you don't think they look painted. The glaze made all of the difference, and I absolutely love them! Thanks!
