Want to redo walls in a doublewide home

Lagree Wyndham on Jul 29, 2015Strips are usually easy to remove just tacked on, then fill with the joints with filler (putty, Spackle, Sheetrock mud), sand and paint. I would suggest a texture finish as it would hide the texture of wallpaper and blend better with Spackled area, or wall-paper(not my favorite choice)1 marked as helpful Reply

Judy Gollihue Hahn on Jul 29, 2015Start out with Mr. Wyndam's advice and then have someone use a hopper and texturize and you can paint over for color or leave white for that shabby chic look..I know, I have it in my modular home. the small bath is last to get a make over..lolHelpful Reply
