Hi there, could you please be so kind as giving me a clue on how to remove petroleum jelly from my cotton skirt? I have already damaged two skirts because of my moped, not driving, but when I was getting out. The wind make my skirt to touch it, before driving. Thanks a million for any advise. if possible a handmade product. I already spent money on a chemical spray and the stain it's still in there. Thanks friends!!! Go

I would try to dissolve the stain in vegetable oil, then get that out with degreaser or liquid dish soap.

a degreaser should work since it's a petroleum based product Even something like Dawn dishwashing liquid. That's what they use to clean up the wild life after an oil spill
