This sign has gotten a lot of attention on my blog and I thought I should share it here with you! This is a #2 pine board from a big box lumber store.
It is a 1x8x10 that I distressed with a hammer, a screwdriver and a hand saw. Then It got a coat of dark walnut stain.
Using my silhouette, I mad stencils for each letter using sticky back vinyl.
The paint is just a craft store acrylic in a cream.
I left enough space at the top of the board to hang a wreath at the top just for a little more fun.
The front door is much more welcoming now!
Enjoyed the project?
