How do I make homemade mosquito repellent to spray on skin?

mix these essential oils: (about 5 drops of each) citronella, eucalyptus,lemongrass and lavender with 2 ounces of witch hazel. Shake it up and spray it on. Lasts about 4 hours. You can make a larger amount by just doubling or tripling ingredients
