Darla on Aug 03, 2015If the tiles are not broken or shifted, you can tile over them, but that will raise the floor a little.Helpful Reply

Nanci Neenan on Aug 04, 2015try using a concrete sealer on the existing tiles before removing them. It's kinda like a heavy duty mop-n-glo.....very easy to use. They have both a matte and "wet" look....sealer. I love the wet look one.Helpful Reply

Michelle Frederick on Aug 04, 2015A flooring expert recommended the baking soda/peroxide combo to me. It takes some elbow grease but works like magic. The best sealer I have found is SurfaceGard Maximum Strength Sealer. It protects stone and grout against stains. Great for high traffic areas. Easy to apply. I got the spray bottle and was done in no time. Make sure you follow the instructions carefully. Instead of removing your tiles, you can also regrout them and then seal properly.Helpful Reply
