What type of table will work in this space?

Jan Loehr on Aug 04, 2015Have you thought of a round table with chairs? You can place it somewhat away from the windows in the center of your space. I suggest also that you remove that water tank thing from that spot as well..relocate it someplace else where it is not front and center decor. I see the dining set being the only furniture in this area. A set of black or white will blend well with your floor as well...Good luck!Helpful Reply

Dobi on Aug 05, 2015what about a half circle? you know the kind that has a flat back and curved front. They make some that are for dining tables now. they still are not that large, but for 2 people it would be adequate.Helpful Reply

Joanie on Aug 05, 2015Build in bench seating below the window and buy a half round table! Maybe consider replacing the water dispenser for something a little more stylish.http://www.amazon.com/New-Wave-Enviro-Products-Porcelain/dp/B00ET0KXKO/ref=sr_1_15?ie=UTF8&qid=1438776754&sr=8-15&keywords=water+crock+ceramicHelpful Reply

Julie Benson-Grant on Aug 05, 2015Those windows are not real windows? Did I read that right? If so, remove them and with the awesome checkerboard floor, put in a restaurant style booth upholstered in red! Good luck!Helpful Reply

Dave Bain on Aug 05, 2015Have you considered taking out the fake window wall? By opening up the space you open up more options... Possibly an Island with breakfast bar...Helpful Reply

Emily on Aug 05, 2015Is it the third window that is fake? the other two look as if they are on a porch? How big is your kitchen, how many people need to sit at a table. If you have room why not a round table with four seats? That is unless your kitchen is too small. Ditch the water thing.Helpful Reply

Ginger the farm gal on Aug 05, 2015I would consider a built in with storage under the seating (to the bottom of window height) a half circle type with throw pillows to match the seat top...table could also be half circle or full circle w/a couple of chairs on the outside for more seatingHelpful Reply

9530106 on Aug 05, 2015The windows don't appear to be "fake", they are just in an odd place-hence no outside view. I think I would take down the roll up shades, they seem to add to the odd look of the windows. (Just my thought.) I agree, I think a small drop leaf table might work.Helpful Reply
