Carole Marie is an artist, a photographer and a friend.
Her first work, which she commissioned from me was the Poppy Chair.
This abused desk was a great find for free. You can't beat free.
Knowing this desk would be sitting with The Poppy Chair, I mixed my chalk paints to match.
Pretty papers line the hard-working drawers. Each drawer was lined with a pretty black, red and cream patterned paper.
Modern Masters Metal Effects Paint in rusted iron put drifting wishes across the top of her writing surface.
Hobby Lobby never fails to add the finishing touches.
