We have a sunroom, previous owner just layed carpet down over deck
We want to put a vapor barrier or plywood over boards. What's the best to do it. There is no heat or ac in the room. We have western Pa. winters.

I would research laminate flooring.You use a barrier underneath the product.Then possibly an area rug.

They now have porcelean long tiles with a rsised pkastuc like backing that snap together check out menards might work for your application
