Wen on Aug 27, 2015Harvest them when they are hard on the outside. Just peel the outside skin away from the part that used to be the flesh--it will be dried up. If it is too dark, give a little bath with bleach. Rince all in a solution of fabric softener and water. Wrap with a ribbon and a little note that says if came from your garden.
