Hi there. So glad you decided to stop by and check out my DIY wind chimes made from recycled spoons.
I had to make something to meet the May Craft Challenge. And I was lucky enough to get all the supplies for under two dollars. Score!
I had to make something to meet the May Craft Challenge. And I was lucky enough to get all the supplies for under two dollars. Score!
My supplies include six spoons, fishing line, an old candle holder and a clip I had hiding in my stash of goodies.
I decided to use the candle holder upside down. It just seemed to look better.
I hope you like my little wind chime project. Until next time, Best wishes, Darlene
Enjoyed the project?

Hi. How do you get the fishing line to stay on the spoons? And if it's hot glue, or I can't say the brand ( don't want trouble) the "big monkey" glue the don't do well in the heat or cold or rain. I did see the tying on top. Thanks Gigi
I love this idea for a wind chime...could you use old / unusable car keys as well?
Thank you for sharing...I love the idea of the candle holder..I could look for one in a Thrift store. :-)
