Painting a cement emblem

I was asked to paint a Marine cement emblem that will be kept outside for a memorial. Is Patio Paint by deco art a good choice since it will be exposed to rain, snow and extreme temps of Wisconsin? Has anyone used it and is it as durable as the site says? Thank you

I have never used patio paint however it should withstand all outside elements.I would read the can though and make sure the paint can withstand even colder than normal temps. Just in case
