We finally tore up the old carpet in our house and got eco-friendly, low VOC carpet that was manufactured using corn!

I've noticed my allergies are much better now!
Here's the new carpet--dog tested and approved.
Finally got the furniture back--that paneling is the next thing to go!
Moving everything back was a pain!
I think we found what was causing the allergies--that floor was moldy!

The "new carpet" smell is primarily formaldehyde...I also have been reluctant to get new carpeting-have multiple chemical sensitivities...good to know about low voc carpet.
