  • Using your nail and hammer, punch a small hole in the lid of the jar. You're going to be cutting your sponge and you want your sponge to fit tightly through the hole, so keep it small. You can always make it bigger as necessary. 9

  • The wall.
  • Arrange the pictures on the floor, then begin by hanging the center picture first and measure, ( in this case 3 inches above, below and on each side) to hang the next, and the next, and so forth. Bada Bing!

Okay class, here is a lesson in hanging a group of awards on the wall.

First you lay them out on the floor, then you hang them, starting in the center of the grouping.

I finished painting my kitchen countertops this weekend.

Total project was about $60.00. ($17.00 for the Primer, $20.00 for the Countertop Coating and $20.00 for the Polycrylic). I already owned the paint, but that was about $15.00 worth. I know they sell kits for this kindof thing (made by Gianni or Rustoleum), but I wanted to go with a different paint scheme. I got the original idea from a blog (creative Kristi's) Total process took about 3 days
