The caulking should set up in about 24 hrs, then you can use the shower again.

most of the new caulks are fast drying about 30 minutes but it depends on temperature and humidity. I would say a few hours to be safe
IF YOU HAVE USED WATERPROOF . 3 DAYS SHOULD BE ok
About 1-3 days should be enough, I always like to err on the side of caution with these things :) good luck!
